By enquiring or hiring HackifyTech you agree to these terms. Quotes, WhatsApp messages, and written scope override marketing copy if they conflict.

Services

We provide website development (from ₹4,000 static / ₹8,000 dynamic per page), custom software, mobile apps, and AI/Python features. Published prices are starting rates in INR, not a final invoice. Domain, hosting, third-party APIs, store fees, LLM usage, and GST may be extra.

Prototype and payment

A prototype demo helps you decide. It is not the finished product. Full build starts after you approve scope in writing and pay the agreed advance. Remaining amounts follow milestones. Work pauses if invoices are overdue.

Client content

You confirm you have rights to text, logos, and photos you send us. You own your business content. We retain the right to show public case studies of work we shipped unless a contract says otherwise.

No guarantee of rankings or ads results

We implement technical SEO and honest copy. We do not guarantee Google, Meta, or WhatsApp advertising positions or lead volume.
